内容简介：In this talk, we will discuss some recent progress on the principal eigenvalue problem of parabolic operators. We will show the limit of the eigenvalue for large advection and small diffusion.
报告人简介：周茂林，南开大学陈省身数学研究所特聘研究员，2009年于南开大学本科毕业，2014年于东京大学获博士学位。2017年在澳洲担任DECRA特任研究员，2019 年入选国家级称号人才，现主持国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目一项、天津市自然科学基金重点项目一项。周茂林研究员的研究领域为抛物方程和特征值问题，在Ann. Inst. H. Poincaré C Anal. Non Linéaire、J. Math. Pures Appl.、Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.、Indiana Univ. Math.J.、J. Funct. Anal.等国际期刊发表论文20余篇。
